Refund policy

This Return Policy describes how statuslost.com (the “Site” or “we” or "our team") accepts returns.

To qualify for a return, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Bought "Prime Order" insurance
  • You must submit an email within 14 days of the delivery date, with "Return #*YourOrderNumber*" in the subject line, sent to info@statuslost.com. Please include necessary images and a justification for the return.
  • Your item must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.

  • Evidence of product defectiveness must be provided, including the receipt or proof of purchase, along with images of the item(s) and a description of the defect.

  • Our team must assess the defect at our discretion and if it confirm the return will be accepted.

Upon acceptance of the return, we will notify you accordingly. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. All sales are final unless our team approves the return, as our products are custom-made to order.

The client is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

We reserve the right to accept or reject claims based on our assessment.

Non defective custom printed on order products unfortunately cannot be refunded.

If we did not receive the exact email template we described above after the 14 days have passed, the order is no longer eligeable for a refund/exchange/replacement.

Every order that doesn't have the "Prime Order" product insurance is not eligeable for any refund/exchange/replacement.

For Failed deliveries the client is responsible for the payment of the second delivery, if the client rejects the second delivery no refund can be made.

Damages and issues

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@statuslost.com.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized, therefore as every product is printed customized to the client's chosen design any order that doesn't have the "Prime Order" product insurance is not eligeable for any refund/exchange/replacement.
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

Therefore Status Lost reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion as the printed products are custom made for each order.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
